How I jump over a log by tapping my front wheel on it.

When I use this method, I don't hit the chainring as much.

1. Get off the saddle but remain crouched
2. Lean forward a squidge
3. Now lean back
4. Pull up front wheel
5. Compress down on bike and tap front wheel on log
6. Jump up
7. Push bike forward with arms and pull up bike with your legs
8. Enjoy air
9. Keep handlebars straight
10. Land
11. Absorb shock with your body
12. Float on
